Logic Homes has evolved from through the commitment and innovation of its shareholders to become a highly respected organisation within both the private and affordable housing sectors.

December 2003
Organisation structure and vision for the company is established as an SPV to deliver large volumes of Challenge Fund II sites quickly and efficiently.
April 2004
Cherrydown West, Basildon becomes the first scheme on site.
June 2005
Its First pre-fabricated development at Lawrence Hall, Welwyn Garden City constructed in only two days.
April 2006
One of only seven private sector developers and the only special purpose vehicle to receive funding in the Housing Corporation's National Housing Programme 06/08 (£5.3m awarded rising to £9m by 2008).
May 2006
Finalists in the Housing Corporation’s Gold Award for Innovation in Procurement.
June 2007
Gail Newton joins Logic Homes as Managing Director.
July 2007
Highly commended for ‘Long Term Partnering’ in the Contract Journal Construction Industry Awards.
April 2008
Logic Homes receives initial £11m of grant funding in the Housing Corporation’s National Housing Programme 08/11, rising to £38m by the end of 2011 programme.
April 2011
Logic Homes receives the HCA Affordable Housing Programme allocation 2011/15.
June 2011
Crestel Partnerships joins Logic Homes as a shareholder.
