Environmental Policy and Climate Change Statement
We are a development agency whose business is the delivery of mixed tenure homes to the highest standard in terms of quality, efficiency and sustainability. 

Along with our partners, we have identified the importance organisations such as Logic Homes play in leading the housing sector towards meeting environmental targets and improving the quality of resident’s homes.

Our commitment and responsibilities to the environment and climate change are integrated into our business plan and the objectives of our shareholders. These include strategies for eco homes, meeting the Code for Sustainable Homes and continuing to improve our performance in meeting environment targets through our membership in the UK House Builders Benchmarking Club.
