Logic Homes is a well established company with a track record of delivery. We have driven the concept of partnership forward to offer an effective one-stop solution to the challenge of building homes of all types and tenure, on time and to budget.
Logic Homes through access to public funding is able to work with any local authority, registered provider and community group to fulfil local aspirations, priorities and ambitions.
Our overriding commitment is to providing quality homes in partnership. However, more importantly, in today's challenging economic climate we are adept at adapting our approach to the commercial realities of development and regeneration. Logic Homes has identified three distinct business priorities:
