The development of the 427-429 Harrow Road by Logic Homes has produced 47 affordable homes in this fashionable and expensive area of Central London.  The scheme was delivered for Genesis Housing Group by Allenbuild SE.

The completely affordable scheme contains a mix homes for couples and families over a range of tenures.  There are 13 one bedroom flats, 25 two bedroom flats and 9 three bedroom flats.  These homes split into 23 homes for General Needs Rent, 12 homes for New Build Home Buy and 12 homes for Intermediate Rent.  The scheme also includes 5 commercial units on the ground floor.

The scheme was designed by Logic Homes partner GHM Group who have created a desirable 7 storey scheme overlooking the Grand Union Canal in the City of Westminster within close reach of public transport links, the A40, and London’s famous West End.

The scheme had strict space constraints and through new technology and innovatively designed car stackers have been used to double the car parking facilities under the building, there is also secure storage for 51 bicycles. All homes have a video entry system to monitor access and connections for digital television through a communal satellite dish.

The scheme was handed over to Genesis Housing Group in January 2010 and is managed by their subsidiary Paddington Churches Housing Association.
