Delivered by Logic Homes on behalf of partners Genesis Housing Group, the Albert Square development was part of the Challenge Fund II programme, designed to combine a number of sites within English Partnerships ownership with Housing Corporation grant in order to provide much needed homes for key workers.

The 6 unit development designed by partners SHP and constructed by McCann Homes was finished on programme in only nine months.

Completion date: November 2005.
