A cutting edge property built using several modern methods of construction, Lawrence Hall was delivered by Logic Homes as part of the Challenge Fund II programme awarded to partners Genesis Housing Group.

Constructed by Durkan Ltd and designed by SHP, these two semi-detached homes were built using modular construction methods. The four modules needed for each home were built off-site and craned onto pre-constructed foundations over the course of just one day.

These sustainable homes were made energy efficient through the use of a heat recovery and exchange system where the heated air within the home is filtered and recycled.
