Designed by Logic Homes' partner bptw partnership and constructed by Allenbuild Ltd, Peglar Way was delivered by Logic Homes as part of Genesis Housing Groups' Challenge Fund II programme.

Comprising 16 two-bedroomed flats, the project was built using modern methods of construction including timber frame and the craning in of bathroom pods.

Close to Crawley town centre, the project was completed in less than twelve months.
