Working in partnership with Aragon Housing Association, Logic Homes delivered this 16 unit development of Shared Ownership homes in January 2008.  The Bank is on the site of a former branch of the Allied Irish Bank, in Northampton.

Designed by architectural firm David Lock Associates, Logic Homes' partner Hill Partnerships constructed this scheme.

The Bank consists of one house and 15 apartments, it sits on the corner of Pytchley Street in Northampton.  The scheme which was constructed using a lightweight steel frame includes secure parking bays on the ground floor.  The building is unique and distinctive in it's design and it works well within its central Northampton setting.
