Located just half a mile from Basildon Town Centre, the Cranes Farm Road development comprises 60 terraced and semi-detached homes, of which 32 are for affordable rent and 28 for shared ownership.

This project, which is being delivered by Logic Homes as part of Genesis Housing Groups' Challenge Fund II Programme, is being constructed using timber frame construction by Logic Homes' partner Allenbuild.

The scheme designed by SHP, has involved particular attention to the local environment and includes the creation of a wildlife habitat adjacent to the site.
