In December 2007 Logic Homes embarked on one of its largest 100% affordable schemes to date, Great Billing Way in Northampton has a total 162 units. 91 homes will be available for shared-ownership and 71 homes will be for affordable rent.
Logic Homes partner SHP (part of the GHM Group) designed the scheme, which is being constructed by another Logic Homes partner, McCann Homes.
Great Billing is an area on the western outskirts of Northampton, but access to Northampton city centre is easy via the nearby A45.
