The re-development of the former Grosvenor Printworks on Stimpson Avenue in Northhampton will provide 34 shared ownership units and a further 6 units for rent, which is being delivered on behalf of partners Genesis Housing Group as part of their Logic Homes Grant Funded scheme, demonstrates how working in partnership, Logic Homes can maximise the volume and quality of affordable housing provided on one site.

 

The scheme is being constructed by Logic Homes partner Hill Partnerships and is anticipated to be completed during the Spring of 2009.
