Logic Homes has breathed new life into a former Printworks in Northampton.  The impressive 19th Century building has been refurbished to include 21 flats over three floors.  An additional 19 homes have been created in a new build extension to the Printworks.

 

DLA Associates designed the scheme for Genesis Housing Group; DLA has worked on the building for the past 20 years, while it was still in operation and so knew the Printworks well.  Hill Partnerships constructed the building which was finished in two phases; the refurbished homes were completed in March 2009, while the new build homes were completed in September 2009.

 

Stimpson Avenue is located near the Northamptonshire County Cricket Ground and is only 1.5 miles from the train station linking Northampton to London and the rest of the Midlands.  Primarily based in a residential area the town centre in only 1 mile away and local shops, schools and parks are on the doorstep.

 

Logic Homes received grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency for this scheme as an Approved Investment Partner.
