Logic Homes is developing a former garage site in south Stevenage to provide 21 affordable homes.  The homes will range from 1 bedroom flats for couples to 3 bedroom family homes. 

 

Like our other former garages site (Haycroft Road, Stevenage) Oakfields Close has been bought by Hill Partnerships.  As a Logic Homes shareholder; Hill Partnerships have been granted funding through the Homes and Communities Agency and will sell the scheme onto Guinness Housing Trust on completion, they will then manage the homes.

 

Located to the south of Stevenage town centre Oakfields Close is well placed for those commuting into Stevenage, it is also in easy reach of the M1 for travel to London and East Midlands.  The development is in a residential area and close to schools, shops, health services and local parks.

 

Logic Homes has been granted funding by the Homes and Communities Agency as an Approved Investment Partner.  The homes are due for completion in March 2011.
