Logic Homes completed the development of Five Acres, Crawley, West Sussex in July 2007.

The project provided much needed affordable housing for local residents in Crawley.  The scheme consisted of 40 homes, spread over two blocks.  Gibson Place contains 14 one bed, and 12 two bed flats for affordable rent, while Bader Court contains 14 two bed flats for shared ownership.

The scheme was developed under the Challenge Fund II Programme; it was designed and constructed by Logic Homes partners bptw partnership and Allenbuild respectively.
