Constructed by Logic Homes partner Allenbuild using MMC techniques including timber frame and pre-fabricated bathroom units, this project, being delivered on behalf of Genesis Housing Group, was carefully designed by Logic Homes partner bptw partnership to accommodate the cycle path and pedestrian route which run through the grounds of the development, whilst also ensuring that the Millennium Oak planted on the site was not disturbed.
