Crestel Partnerships has a long history of working with registered providers to deliver quality affordable housing from the Midlands to the South Coast whilst concentrating in our core area of London, the South East and Home Counties.

Our expertise in creating sustainable communities within regeneration schemes on brownfield sites ensures we always deliver superbly designed and built homes where people want to live. This has given us the experience in all types of property development and the necessary in-house expertise to create special partnership working arrangements.

We work closely with our partners to provide mixed tenure developments providing homes for rent, shared ownership, special needs, sheltered accommodation and specialist schemes for people with dementia. We are as comfortable building small rural schemes for local associations as regenerating larger estates for local authorities and RP's. We take pride in providing homes of quality, whilst delivering cost effective solutions for our client regardless of whether the development is a mix of housing in the Home Counties or high rise blocks in inner city London.

Our experienced pre-construction team source land and work with our clients to bring schemes to site. This may involve attending planning meetings, or resident consultation, or partnering and pre-contract meetings. These staff have a wide range of experience of working in and for housing associations and so have a good understanding of their requirements and constraints.

Our construction management team also have a number of years experience building affordable housing both for local authorities and now housing associations in our geographical area. We have a wide range of sub-contractors that we work with on a regular basis who understand ours and our client’s requirements which delivers a quality end product for all.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide solutions to differing development sites either through working closely with the landowner, or RP or by providing funding solutions to enable development to proceed. Our construction team has a wide experience in providing affordable housing and meeting the changing standards. We are all versed in meeting the requirements of the Code for Sustainable homes, Design Quality Standards and the changing Building Regulations.
