Sept 10 - Haycroft Close, Stevenage completes 6 months early

Logic Homes is proud to announce that its scheme at Haycroft Close, Stevenage has finished 6 months ahead of schedule.

Work on the 8 homes started in January 2010 and was due to complete in March 2011 however Logic Homes shareholder and developer Hill Partnerships will hand over the scheme to Guinness Housing Trust on 27^th September 2010.

The former garage site was owned by Stevenage Borough Council and with their support, along with £464,000 of HCA Grant funding, Logic Homes has been able to provide 8 affordable family homes for rent.  The early delivery of the scheme has demonstrated the time and money saved by working with Logic Homes.

The scheme was designed by SHP, a founding shareholder of Logic Homes, along with Hill Partnerships.

A further garage site at Oakfields Close is also under development by Logic Homes and Hill Partnerships and will provide 21 more homes for affordable rent when it completes in March 2011.
